In the family of the author, the wife of a priest of the Anglican church, a daughter with Down syndrome was born. It is worthy to withstand the test, change themselves, give the daughter education - with the solution of these and many other tasks, Lizzy"s parents had to face. On their way, they met a lot of difficulties, but the self -support of their faith in God and the hope of His help provided them. The author discusses his experience in interaction with the church community, parental associations, educational and medical institutions. Especially for the Russian publication, Carolina Filps wrote about the life of an adult daughter.
