Reprint from the publication. Moscow, 1914. Count Louis-Victor-Leon de Rosheshuar (1788-1858) son of Colonel of the French Army. And the close Queen of Maria Antoinette. In 1804 he left for Russia. In Russia, Rosheshuar was at his uncle Duke de Richelie, the governor of Odessa. He adopted Rochear. Since 1805, Rocheshuar has been in the Caucasian forces and was on campaigns against the highlanders in Circassia and Chechnya, then fought with the Turks. Here, while remaining in the Russian service, he moved to the burgons. He participated in many battles and in the assault of Paris. He left the Russian service (when resigned received the rank of Major General) was appointed mayor of Paris and was promoted to brigade generals. At a hundred days, he was under Louis XVIII and accompanied him to Gent. During the second restoration, Rocheshuar was appointed chief of staff of the Minister of War and since 1815 by the military governor of Paris. Since 1821 he was the royal chamberlain and commander of the Order of the Honorary Legion. After himself, Rosheshuar left the memoirs “Memories of the Revolution and the Empire”, (1889 Paris) These memoirs are published in this book
