Isabella Ebergardt (1877-1904) - traveler, journalist, writer. Russian subject, she has never been to Russia, was born and raised in Geneva - and did not love her all her life. She shocked contemporaries with men"s clothing, independence, love ties and, finally, an appeal to Islam and life among nomads in the Sahara desert. Her fate is so unusual that it seems to be an amazing novel written by an extremely talented writer - and she herself was the writer, who created her life in the same way as others create works of art. The one who was called "Cossack in the Sugar openings", "nomadic, Russian soul" continues to amaze the imagination after his tragic death
