Count Ottocar Theobald Otto Maria Chernin von Long Tsu Khudenitz-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria-Hungary in 1916-1918. - He left the memories that represent the events of the First World War up to the Brest world from the point of view of the establishment of the two -time empire, which ceased to exist in the battle of that massacre. In the war, in his opinion, Serbia, Italy and aggressive Russian generals are to blame. The same one -sided approach can be observed in the author’s stories about other events of those years. Does this make the diplomat memoirs irrelevant for the modern reader? Not at all. On the contrary, translated into Russian back in the 1920s, they only increase their value over time
