This book is the first attempt to study the biography of the outstanding domestic writer Daniil Alexandrovich Granin (German) (1918–2017).
Based on the materials of numerous archives, a number of previously unknown publications by D.A. Granin, as well as a wide circle of his works in the monograph, traces the life path of the writer, an attempt to reconstruct his views on life and literary creativity for many decades is carried out.
