Autobiographical collection "drawings from events" (2020) The book represents a collection of stories from the memoirs of the outstanding Russian artist Nikolai Sednin - the author of the first growth portrait of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, portraits of Mikhail Gorbachev, Vladimir Etush, Pierre Carden, Lisa Minel-, Pierre Richard. In different years of life, the artist met, communicated and was friends with many famous figures of Russian and world politics and culture, about which the reader learns from the unofficial side. Most of the book is devoted to the most important issues related to the role of art and culture in the life of modern society. The stages of the formation of the personality of the Creator in the era of great changes have been described from the 1980s of the XX century to the present.
