Abstract to the book: Dostoevsky and Italy
The collective monograph presents the results of the study of archival documents regarding the journey of the writer in Italy, the concept of the Italian text F.M. Dostoevsky, the value content of the regionally determined picture of the writer’s world characterizes the subjective representation of F.M. Dostoevsky about Genius Loci Italian cities, a comprehensive study of the concept of the Italian question "in the artistic, journalistic and epistolary heritage of the writer is presented. The topics related to the reception of the images of Italy in the work of F.M. Dostoevsky (in his works of art and journalism) An analysis of the repertoire of Italian works of the XIX-XXI centuries is also presented, reflecting the reception of the ideological and artistic heritage of F.M. Dostoevsky (artistic texts, theatrical productions, their film adaptation), data are given confirming interest in the creativity and personality of F.M. Dostoevsky in Italian literary criticism and philosophical and religious works. The publication is addressed to both specialists and a wide circle of readers interested in literature, history and culture
