The book is dedicated to the prominent statesman of the three reigns: Alexander I, Nicholas I and Alexander II - Dmitry Nikolaevich Bludov (1785-1864) It discusses the least known period of his service - diplomatic, which fell on the era of the Napoleonic wars with Russia, shows the meaning that Alexander I gave to the Russian language in diplomatic documents, and the fulfillment of the forces given to him by the emperor. In the history of external relations in Russia, fornication left his mark. One of the "archival young men", a representative of the Golden Moskovsky Youth of the 1800s, a diplomat and an arzamasets fornication, having gone through the school of diplomatic service, came to convince the need to reform the national education system as the main means of development of the country.
