The first volume of a two -volume textbook contains the general provisions of Russian civil law. The educational material of the publication corresponds to the program of the civil law course.
The authors of the textbook sought not only to preserve the achievements and traditions of domestic civilics, but also to convey to the reader modern trends in civil law. Deep and complex private law categories are presented with a clear and simple language, illustrated by numerous examples and schemes. Each chapter of the textbook contains a list of additional literature, and each paragraph is preceded by a detailed contents, mainly relevant to control and examination issues.
