The monograph is designed for historians, students of historical faculties of universities and a wide range of citizens interested in the Doryurik history of the Slavs.
, apparently, the first attempt to systematically recreate the history of the Slavs, their ancestors and the genealogy of their rulers until the middle of the 9th century, i.e. Then, when Prince Rurik appeared in Slovenian (Novgorod) Russia.
As a result of the studies, the time stages of the ethnogenesis of the Slavs and their ancestors, the date of the foundation and the history of the first Slavic states - Slovenian, Ododritsky and Polyanskoyan Russia, as well as some other Slavic states, were identified, the date of the foundation of the GG was clarified. The origin of Prince Rurik and other princes and princesses was established, with the advent of which the beginning of Russian statehood is usually associated.
The monograph contains 35 genealogical schemes of the rulers and their relatives of many Slavic, as well as some non -Slavic tribes and states. In these schemes, 528 persons, fragments of biographies of these persons are given in the monograph.
There is a dictionary in the monograph in which there are about 650 names, terms, geographical names and abbreviations, 61 drawings, 16 tables and a nominal index, in which about 900 names of the rulers of ancient states and tribes, their relatives, as well as others Historical characters, the list of literature consists of 170 names
