Each poet, as noted by sparking of God, is to a certain extent is the chosen one of God, and thus the works of it also to some extent are "Divine Glagol". In this edition, as far as possible, everything has been collected that it was written by our relatives of Russian poets on the topics of the Bible in the XIX century. The book included works by Alexey Apukhtin (1840-1893), Viktor Burnin (1841-1926), Peter Weinberg (1831-1908), Edward Gubra (1814-1847), Vasily Zhukovsky (1783-1852), Vsevolod Krestovsky (1840-1895 ), Mikhail Lermontova (1814-1841), Apollo Majkova (1821-1897), Dmitry Merezhkovsky (1865-1941), Alexei Merzlyakova (1778-1830), Lion Maya (1822-1862), Nadon Seeds (1862-1887), Alexandra Polezhaeva (1804-1838), Yakova Polonsky (1819-1898), Alexandra Pushkin (1799-1837), Feta Athanasia (1820-1892), Konstantin Fofanova (1862-1911), Nikolai Langov (1803-1846) and many Many others. A special place in this volume occupy the poem of the authors a little known to the modern reader for the reason that their work was under a tough prohibition for 70 years of Soviet power and did not return to the secular audience until now. These are writings of Frugs Seeds (1860-1916), Alexandra Krasnitsky-Lavrov (1866-1917), Konstantin Ice (1862-1937), Olga Chumin (1858-1909) and others who worked on three-volume "biblical motifs" (1896-1898 ) - the publication of the magazine "Motherland", based on our book. It had an incredible success at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries
