This study is devoted to a number of problems of the Dookater period of Russian history, still remaining open: versions of Lenin as "German Agent", the "Germanic follower" in revolutionary events in Russia, the role of French intelligence in the Arrest of Bolsheviks and others. The source base serve first introduced in Scientific turnover Documents from the Funds of French and Russian Archives, which are directly related to events between two coups. As a result of the analysis of these sources, the author comes to the conclusion that the spying version of Lenin is not supported by any arguments, on the contrary, published documents give specific answers to a number of issues related to this issue of version: 1) Moving political immigrants of different political orientation through Germany was forced and was not associated with a special political agreement with the German government, 2) German capital did not participate in the publication of the newspaper "Pravda", 3) the company Parvus and Swedish "New Bank" Ulof Ashberg did not participate in the "transfer of" German capital for the Bolsheviks in Russian banks, etc. The documentary collection makes it possible to eliminate the distortion of many, which are obvious, facts, especially common in the books of foreign authors translated in recent years to Russian, and can serve as a basis for further objective, unbiased research on this given topics
