The Barten Textbook is the first official educational publication of the Barten Association of Russia (B.A.R), intended for the full training of the Barten profession, as well as as a reference at the workplace of the bartender.
Materials are both theoretical and applied in nature, they describe all aspects of the bartender, from the moment of employment until the end of the work shift. Particular attention is paid to professional terminology, the rules for the supply of drinks, technologies for the preparation of cocktails and coffee, as well as techniques of quality service, sales skills and effective communication with guests. The training manual reveals in detail the requirements of the current professional standards “Waiter/Barmen” No. 910N dated December 1, 2015, as well as the issues of safety measures and examples of official documents with which the bartender work: a cash book, invoice, technical and technological map, checkpoint are given -Lan, stoplist and others.
At the end of the book, prescriptions of cocktails with a description are given, approved
