It is recommended to take baths 2-3 times a week for a course of 10-12 procedures.
2. Hand and foot bath - strengthens nails, improves skin condition, increases elasticity and tone, smoothens and heals. Application method: dissolve salt at a rate of 100 g per 1 liter of warm water. Soak hands or feet in the bath for 10-15 minutes. Then pat the skin dry with a towel. It is recommended to use 1-2 times a week.
