Basics of the theory of electrical devices

The textbook covers scientific and technical issues that form the basis of the theory of electrical apparatus (EA). It includes a section related to electromechanical systems of EAs (magnetic systems and circuits, mechanical components, electromagnetic, electrodynamical, and induction systems, magnetic mechanisms), a section dedicated to the theory of heating and cooling of EAs, sections that discuss the theory of switching and switching devices of EAs, and a section related to contacts and contact phenomena in EAs. Methods of modeling processes in electrical apparatus in the MaMaB software environment are considered. The textbook is intended for students of universities and technical colleges studying in the field of "Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering".
