Basics of pricing and cost estimating in construction

This manual sets out information about the pricing system and the estimated rationing in construction. The issues of compiling the estimated documentation are highlighted, determining the cost of construction in the composition of pre-project workers.
The main provisions of the work were used in the implementation of research work under the contract with the Russian State Building, the result of which came MDS 81-35.2004 "Methodology for determining the estimated cost of construction products in the Russian Federation.
