"Foundations of Osteopathy" is the first book in a series of textbooks on osteopathy. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for the specialty 31.08.52 'Osteopathy' (residency), the textbook provides information on the history, philosophy, physiological, and methodological foundations of osteopathy. Osteopathic diagnostics, palpation, and perception are examined in detail. The main osteopathic techniques are described. Special attention is given to global neurodynamic disorders. The book is a synthesis of theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations that define the basic training in the field of 'Osteopathy'. The educational materials are presented in both traditional and interactive forms, especially useful for individual learning. Key concepts are briefly presented in special information blocks. Numerous illustrations help reinforce knowledge visually. The publication is intended for doctors studying in residency programs and can also be used in the system of additional professional education for physicians.
