The monograph outlines the main results of theoretical and experimental studies of authors in the field of free -grained methods of monitoring the atmosphere, as well as domestic and foreign experience in this field. The purpose of the monograph is to make up for a gap that exists in the literature on the main theoretical problems of laboratory -type fury -spectrometers. The first chapters of the work set forth the basics of molecular optics and atmosphere physics. Next, a review of various remote monitoring systems has been made, the basic principles of theoretical and practical fury-spectroscopy are considered and the design and results of field tests of the authors of the mobile fouri-spectrandiometer developed by the authors are given. In conclusion, possible approaches are considered and recommendations for mathematical processing of arrays of experimental data are given.
