The book "Mangal", entirely dedicated to the kebab, became the first book from the new series, in which the author decided to more closely consider the main tools of oriental cuisine - the Mangal, Kazan and Tandan, as well as tell all about such dishes as pilaf, kebabs and shuffle. A new series features even greater detail in dishes descriptions. The book is divided into three chapters: the student, a master and professor, in which gradually, from a simple to complex, reader tells about various methods, technologies and features of the cooking kebab.
