According to the data given in the book, it seems likely that many world religions received their origin from the ancient tradition of Siddhov, which existed on the continent of Gondwan (Lemuria) to South India. Outside India, this tradition is little known. Perhaps this is due to the fact that her carriers are immortal Siddhi - they preferred in their activities to remain "for the scenes". Today, this ancient tradition becomes us known as Kriya Yoga (yoga of informed action), thanks to Babaji, which in the II century N. e. Reached physical immortality. In the first part of the book, historical information about Siddhah and their traditions are given, Babaji"s path to immortality and its activities in our time are described. In the second part, the initial exercises of Kriya Yoga are given, as well as information for those who want to study her more deeply.
The author studied Kriya Yoga at the student Babaji - Yoga Ramayaha. After eighteen years of intense practice, he received a direct indication of Babaji to teach under his leadership of other people.
