The monograph discusses the features of understanding, structuring, the dynamics of award legal relations, presented as a producing polycyclic communicative system, the action of which is due to the achievement of a single goal - the application of legal incentives in the form of a state award.
Particular attention is paid to the study of the characteristics of award legal relations in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the award systems formed in the Russian regions are diverse both in terms of establishing various types of awards and in the technical and legal characteristics of the award process. The author defines the principles of regulatory regulation of award legal relations and their author"s classification is given, an understanding of the award legislation is argued as the subject of exclusive jurisdiction of the subject of the Russian Federation.
The book is recommended for teachers, graduate students, students of law faculties of universities, as well as all those who are interested in the problems of legal relations in the organization and implementation of the award policy of the Russian state
