The monograph is devoted to issues of psychopathology and typological differentiation of non-psychotic disorders attributable to the schizophrenic or affective spectra of mental diseases and traditionally considered in the framework of the so-called small or border psychiatry. In the book, these states are analyzed from the standpoint of the biopsychosocial concept based on the system adaptive and vulnerability-diancestration model of mental illness. Special consideration is subject to remission features of such states, as well as the differentiated use of psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches in the treatment and rehabilitation of these patients.
The monograph is intended for psychiatrists, psychotherapists and medical psychologists and can be recommended as a guide for listeners of the graduate education system
