Still life (CDPC)

The disk contains works of fine art, in which it is important, often - objects play the main role. The meeting is divided into three sections: still life, household (genre) painting and object in the picture.
In a still life, the artist demonstrates his skills, the art of transmitting color and texture of things. This is a genre, the images of which are distinguished by the wealth of associations, bright decorativeness and illusory accuracy of the image of nature. In the works of household painting, the world of the daily private life of contemporaries of the artist appears before us. Often the plot of the picture and the author’s attitude to the depicted is revealed through the subject series.
More than 1200 illustrations are presented in total: the works of Renaissance artists, Flemish artists of the XVI-XVIII centuries, the famous Western European masters of the 18th century, as well as impressionists and Russian artists of the XIX-XX centuries.
