Primitive art is a bright phenomenon of human civilization, which reveals the entire huge layer of culture, called visual creativity. Art is the most important component of man. As the history of primitiveness testifies, from the very first steps of his development "rational man" (Homo sapiens) was also a man who creates.
When, how and why did art arise? What expressed a paleolithic artist in the light of clay lamps to spend long hours, decorating the walls and ceiling of caves with picturesque images of horses and bison? What feelings and thoughts were born among members of the primitive community at the sight of these cave galleries?
These and many other issues have tried and are trying to solve several generations of scientists, but in many ways far from their resolution. New discoveries and ideas contribute to progress in this regard, but admiration for the skill of the first creators, who left magnificent works in the form of cave painting, small sculpture or engraving on bones, remains unchanged.
