"This is the architecture that is reflected, swaying in water. These are clouds that are piled and disintegrated. These are falling asleep branches, rain on the leaves ... " - so said Jean Cocteau about the works of the great French composer Claude Debussy - the founder of musical impressionism. This direction took place in the 80-90s of the XIX century. The composers of the impressionists, first of all, K. Debussy and M. Rael sought to get as close as possible in their music to the poetry of nature, to convey with the help of sounds the subtle worlds of human feelings and moods.
Disk "Impressionism in music" is addressed to a wide range of music lovers and professionals. The reader and listener will find in him the creative portraits of many European and Russian composers of the turn of the XIX-XX centuries.
