The disk includes 25 issues of the series "new in linguistics", later - "new in foreign linguistics", uniting the most significant works of famous foreign linguists. The work included in collections became classics of linguistic science and directly led to the trends of its further development. They give a vivid idea of the main achievements of linguistics of the second half of the 20th century abroad.
