Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin (1799–1837) —the Russian poet, ancestor of new Russian literature, creator of the modern Russian literary language. The talent of the poet and prose writer, the diversity of genres and styles, lightness, grace and accuracy of the verse, relief and strength of characters in the works of A.S. Pushkin predetermined its paramount importance in domestic literature, raised it to the world level.
Eugene Onegin (1823–1831) - a novel in poems by A.S. Pushkin, one of the most significant works of Russian literature. It is habitually called an encyclopedia of Russian life of the 20s of the XIX century, filming as a history of difficult love relationships of Onegin and Tatyana, but few perceives this novel as a story of growing up and changing the author himself, Alexander Pushkin.
The mocking and ironic intonation of the beginning of the novel is replaced by the latest chapters with sadness, wisdom, tenderness and often bitterness. This is perfectly emphasized in his performance by Ilya Zmeyev, whose interpretation of Pushkin’s novel “Eugene Onegin” we bring to your attention
