The story "Kenterville Ghost was first published in the London magazine The Court and Society Review in 1887. For the author, this is the first experience in prose. The genre is Gothic satire, style is a burlesque, shaded by Fler"s romance and sentimentality. The American ambassador to Great Britain Khayram B. Otis buys an old Canterville castle and settles there with his whole family. The new inhabitants of the castle are awaiting a surprise: the restless spirit of Sir Simon de Canterville is in it. The disturbed ghost is trying to frighten the uninvited guests, resorting to his favorite tricks of ghosts, but all attempts are in vain ... Listen to the musical performance staged according to Oscar Wilde"s story. An exciting story, an expressive game of famous artists will give you true pleasure.
