CD master class as a reflection of professional skills

The concept of continuous education of a teacher of a new formation, developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard, suggests that a new type of teacher should work in a modern school - a professional, researcher, creator. This is possible only in conditions of systematic, continuous increase in professional skill, self -development, self -improvement. One of the most important characteristics of the new pedagogical professionalism of the modern teacher is recognized by its reflective competencies, the ability to summarize and disseminate his own experience.
Among the methodological forms of self-esteem of their activities, so-called master classes are gaining more and more popularity, the basic principle of which "I know how to do this, and I will show you", which are a local technology for broadcasting pedagogical experience.
In the CD, technological algorithms of master classes, their classification, conditions of preparation and conduct and, most importantly, examples of master classes in various academic disciplines, methodological recommendations, and working universal schemes are presented.
