The Atlas was prepared taking into account the modern level of development of surgery and coloproctology in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard and the Clothing Program, intended for students of medical universities. The experience of clinical and teaching work accumulated at the Department of Faculty of Surgery with an anesthesiology and resuscitation of the Ryazan State Medical University named after Acad. I.P. Pavlova. The publication contains information on basic nosological forms in coloproctology. Particular attention is paid to illustrations of diseases with their outer visual manifestations, which are represented by color photographs. This is important for proper diagnosis and treatment and it is necessary in the future for working to a doctor of any specialty. A list of literature is presented. There are control issues to prepare for practical activities
