Pleshakova, Academician A.A.Solpletina, other outstanding scientists and the main designers of directions.
As you know, in 1905, during the Russian-Japanese war, the radio players of the Russian fleet for the first time in the world created active interference to the radio communications networks of Japanese ships. But secret work in the field of radar began in the 1930s. Works were carried out almost parallel to the USSR, USA, Germany, England and France. In 1946, American experts - Reimond and Khacherton, a former US Embassy in Moscow, wrote: Soviet scientists have successfully developed a radar theory a few years before the radar was invented in England ".
In 1948, the author came to the Central Research Institute of Radar Radioration (CNII-108), in the 13th Laboratory, which was led by A. Lesplatin, the famous constructor of anti-aircraft missile systems.
More than 60 years spent in the responsible scientific direction gives the author of V.V. Mlechin the right to transfer its invaluable experience with current and future generations of young professionals and those who are interested in closed pages of the USSR history
