The book of memories of the last head of the Ministry of Finance of the USSR of the Doctor of Economics, Professor V.A.Raevsky contains a bright description of the events and the collisions of human destinies for almost half a century. During the period of living the country, which the author defines as an intersection, he was on one of the most responsible areas of government. He closely communicated with people, without which it is impossible to reliably describe events that have determined the turn in 1991-1992 in the socio-political life of our country, and has become the frontier for its history.
