The book is addressed to children of primary school age and is dedicated to the great inventor of the Renaissance. Modern schoolchildren in some magically find themselves in the past, meet with the master and even briefly tolerate him today. "Highlight" of the publication is in its artistic design. The author of the book, the sculptor by education, illustrated it with her works with images of numerous inventions of Da Vinci. On the fields and the last pages there are photographs of drawings of the master and pictures of modern models of his inventions performed on them. At the end of the book there is a biography of the artist, as well as brief notes on machines and mechanisms invented.
