For the first time, the mechanisms for the development of intellectual capital of the enterprise in the structure of information technology at a new scientific direction, which is defined as a multifactor intellectual capital (intellectual capital dissimmetry) The dissemmetry of the intellectual capital of the enterprise is considered as the basic concept in the organization of competitive production.
