Assessment of professional implementation in the "human-profession-society" system

Based on the projective and reconstructive research model, methods for positioning professionals on the identity / marginalism scale are proposed. The main methodological principles of studying the individually professional, instrumental and professional, corporate and socio-moral aspects of the implementation of professionals are presented, the author"s methodologies are presented to evaluate the representatives of socially significant professions: officials, entrepreneurs, managers, operators. The methods of determining psychological barriers of decendifications in the conditions of reform and globalization are highlighted, methods of overcoming them are given, the methods of predicting the development of professional marginalism in different groups and identification types of professionals are given.
