The work proposes an information model of monitoring of possible terrorist threats and crisis situations in the territory of the Russian Federation and their relationship with the activities of international terrorism, cross -border challenges and threats. Proposals have been developed for classifiers of objects of the Russian Federation, in respect of which terrorist acts are possible or on which crisis situations may arise. The methodology of daily computer monitoring of operational information is proposed related to possible terrorist activities or crisis situations that can lead to the creation of tension in society.
