M. Golubkov and his friends, who became the co -authors of this book, wanted to present the work of the writer Yuri Polyakov in the literary context of the last four decades. The most diverse "adventures" of its texts made up the literary "plot" of the publication. Literature is always a dialogue, a complex interaction between books, modern and longtime. In this dialogue there is an accumulation of meanings that the artistic text has. Dialogues with the works of A. Solzhenitsyn, Yu. Trifonov, representative of the "Moscow school" V. Makanin are considered as "adventures" of the artistic texts of Yu. Polyakov, leading to their transformation into hypertext and their gain in the qualities of the intertext.
These "adventures" of literary texts were studied in one of the seminars working at the philological faculty of Moscow University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Its participants were interested in monitoring the unexpected turns of the plot, which the literature itself builds, connecting the incompatible, seemingly reputation and names. As a result, these funny studies were reflected in scientists (and not very) records of one seminar
