The Thunderstorm Pass (1847) is the only novel of the English writer and poetry of the 19th century Emilia Bronte (1818 - 1848).
The action of the novel takes place on heather wastelands in the County of Yorkshire in the estate called "Thunderstorm Pereva". Mr. Ernsho, the owner of a thunderstorm pass, picks up a child dying of hunger and brings him up with his children. Relations in the Ernsho family have not easy and tragic.
