The book is dedicated to the anniversary of the Doctor of Philology, Honored Professor of the Philology Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosova M.V. Mikhailova and contains the works of colleagues and students of Maria Viktorovna, sharing her research interest in the work of the "forgotten" and poorly studied prose writers and playwrights of the Silver Age, the heritage of critics of the turn of the XIX-XX centuries, the identification of the originality of “female literature” and the literature of the first wave of emigration . The circle of attention of researchers included issues of the artistic integrity of the Russian literature of the first half of the 20th century, its connections with the European tradition, as well as previously not published texts of works, letters and memories of writers of this period
