The formation at the site of the Moscow City University of the workshop of organizational and activity technologies is a unique project to implement a methodological approach to organizing procedural changes in the microstructural community of the university. The purpose of the creation and functioning of the workshop involves the production and development of the initiative and reforming potential of representatives of the professional community of the MGPU through the formation of methodological thinking and the development of value-worldviews. The work on the formation of a workshop of organizing technologies took about a year. This educational process included regular theoretical and methodological seminars, four exit sessions and their essays and reflective reports, a system of independent reading and self-education. Methodologists and gaming equipment with work experience and SMD practitioners for the past 30-40 years were involved in work.
The monograph describes the logic of the workshop as a club structure, as well as the content of the project activities of its participants, revealing the logic of the university transformation (“Case MGPU”) The publication is addressed to representatives of the educational community, methodologists and everyone who is interested in the organization and management of transformation processes in the institutional community
