The training manual includes four parts: wood science and theoretical foundations of commodity science, forest production and non -lane materials. In wood, the structure of wood, breeds, mechanical and physical properties of wood is considered. Hygroscopicity and deformity of wood, humidity and density, thermal and electrical properties of wood, acoustic properties, thermal spraying and vapor permeability of wood are considered. In terms of material science, the concept of commodity science is considered, its main features. The principles of classification of forest goods are considered, the terms and definitions of forest goods are given, the main characteristics of round timber, lumber, strict and radiant veneer, plywood, wood plates, fibrous slabs, cement-brown stoves, forest chemical processing products are given. The measurement, accounting and labeling of timber are shown. The varietary -forming vices of wood are considered. In terms of non -timed materials, metals and alloys, adhesives and paint and varnishes are considered.
