In this book, the famous sociologist and writer tells "about time and about himself". To talk about time is to talk about the people who created it, about themselves - as one of them. In his narrative, the author uses various means, both purely scientific (sociological) and literary and artistic.
The prosaic part of the book, dedicated to the author’s professional activity at different stages, is supplemented by the “Jubilee’s thoughts”, which reveal in poetic form his value orientations and everyday preferences, his views on the eternal problems of human existence, his vision of the past and the present. Of course, the author who has crossed the eighty -year -old line and has a sixty -five -year -old experience of serving the Fatherland (service in the Armed Forces and work at the Academy of Sciences), there is something to tell. Having picked up this book - open the first page. It will be interesting, remembering that both the prose and poetic parts of the book are non -fiction literature
