Chapter 1 determines the basic concept of probability theory - the probability of an event. Initially, the event is determined, events are classified, an operation between events is introduced. Axioms of probability theory, theorems of addition and multiplication of probabilities are formulated. Chapter 2 is devoted to the study of random. The types of random values (discrete and continuous) are determined. For each type of random value, the methods of task are considered. The basic characteristics of a random value (mathematical expectation, dispersion, medium -industrial deviation) are investigated, their properties are formulated and proved. Chapter 3 discusses the basic definitions and methods of mathematical statistics.
