This training manual discusses the theoretical foundations of the vocal technique from the standpoint of the physiology of the singing process. Based on studies of the development of children"s voice and generalizations of scientific achievements in the field of the theory of voice formation, the author shows the relationship of biomechanisms of sound formation with methods of teaching singing. Understanding this relationship can contribute to the development of vocal thinking in specialists teaching singing both adults and children. The work gives methodological recommendations for the practical work of the chormaster for setting a children"s voice in the process of individual classes and in the conditions of the choir.
