The book proposed to the reader contains lectures that tell about the applications of the laws of acoustics to the theory of music. In the first few lectures, the physical foundations of acoustics are presented, the main laws and the provisions of the theory of sound are presented. The distribution and reflection of sound, speed, strength, sound height, sound vibrations, measurement of the number of oscillations, etc. are described. In subsequent lectures, the author passes directly to the aesthetic side of the issue, considering the basic concepts and phenomena of music in connection with the theory of sound.
