This work is an publication of a scientific and reference nature, designed to give a general idea of the underwater cultural heritage objects within the boundaries of the territorial waters of Russia. The basis of the arch is information obtained in the study of archival sources and literature, reports of underwater historical and archaeological expeditions, data of specialized public services and organizations, materials of regional cultural departments and coastal museums, information from dive clubs and centers, historical and search portals and sites, etc.
