This study is a continuation of the monograph published in Petrozavodsk in 2002 "History of Russian poetry and drama of the European North of the first half of the 20th century."
The author shows that the modern poetry of northerners is based on the continuity of social, spiritual-cultural, ethnic factors, on interest in the Russian national character, the ability to store the purity and wealth of the spring Russian language, which distinguishes the poetry of S. Vikulov, V. Korotaeva, A. Romanova, V. Morozova, N. Rubtsova, O. Fokina, A. Yashin and other authors
