The manual gives a characteristic of the characteristics of the emotional and social intelligence of preschool children with normal and impaired development, diagnostic methods are proposed taking into account the specifics of children with mental retardation and general underdevelopment of speech, a methodology for studying the effectiveness of comprehensive support of preschool children with disabilities in kindergarten. Based on the analysis and generalization of the areas of complex support, its model is described, focused on the interaction of educators, pedagogical teachers and specialists of the correction profile in the conditions of kindergarten. Examples of joint planning of work, abstracts of communicative-speech and communicative-cognitive workshops on the development of social intellect of preschoolers are given and methodological recommendations for teachers, speech therapists and defectologists are given.
