The textbook includes the following sections of linear algebra and analytical geometry: matrices, determinants and systems of linear equations, vector algebra, equations of lines and surfaces, linear images on the plane and space, lines and surfaces of the second order, linear, affin and Euclidean spaces, linear operators, linear operators including the construction of canonical forms of operators, bilinear and quadratic forms. The material is based on a course of lectures, which the author for many years gave students of the faculty of applied mathematics and cybernetics of Tomsk State University. The book is intended for students of the areas of training included in the UGS: "Mathematics and Mechanics", "Physics and Astronomy", "Informatics and Computing Technology", "Information Security", "Physical and Technical Sciences and Technologies", and other physical and mathematical directions training and specialties, as well as for graduate students and teachers. The textbook will be useful to specialists in applied mathematics, as well as persons who independently master linear algebra and analytical geometry.
