Since childhood, everyone has known Pushkin’s saying "Fairy Tale, but in it a hint", but since childhood everyone gets used to looking at it as a purely poetic turnover of speech. And if they agree to understand the hint literally, then only in the moralizing sense. But why? Is it because, in contrast to the previous, so -called traditional consciousness, in the minds of modern people is almost completely outdated, behind their apparent uselessness, such an important component of mental work as the ability to personify concepts and phenomena? And whether its loss should not be considered as a cultural catastrophe? Indeed, the essence of the traditional consciousness found itself that the ability to personify the concepts and phenomena ensured the perception of all surrounding reality as a family-which, in turn, was created amazingly warm, spiritualizing the mood of a collective attitude.
And vice versa: the modern consciousness that loses such an ability loses with it the spiritual warmth of the perception of the homeland (large and small), the voices of the ancestors, duty to loved ones, responsibility to the descendants - loses precisely because all these concepts become for him "just with words", who do not say anything to the mind or the heart. The living flesh of history turns into such a consciousness into the alienated mechanical “progress”, the past, present and future cease to warm up with an intimate-personal, empathy attitude to the troubles and joys of their own country and people
